AMPED seeks an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Copywriter to craft engaging, brand-aligned content for our agency and clients across various channels. This role requires versatility, from adjusting tone and style to mentoring junior writers, with a focus on producing high-quality copy that drives engagement.

Stay current with marketing trends, client industries, and style guidelines.
Mentor junior writers, supporting skill growth and content quality.
Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write and edit diverse content—blogs, social media, case studies, emails—that aligns with client briefs and strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure content reflects brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Research: Conduct industry and audience research for relevant, valuable content.
SEO Integration: Work with SEO to optimize content for search visibility.
Content Scheduling: Develop and manage content calendars for timely publication.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Gather insights from Client Services, Design, and Sales for accurate, informed content.
Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance and adapt strategy for better engagement.
Quality Control: Proofread, edit, and provide feedback to ensure high standards and integrate client feedback.
Content Innovation: Suggest new ideas and formats, staying updated on content trends.
Mentorship and Training: Support junior team members through editing, feedback, and guidance.
Other duties as assigned
Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance and adapt strategy for better engagement.
Quality Control: Proofread, edit, and provide feedback to ensure high standards and integrate client feedback.
Content Innovation: Suggest new ideas and formats, staying updated on content trends.
Mentorship and Training: Support junior team members through editing, feedback, and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing content writing, preferably in a senior or lead role, and previous experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or better in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics) and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility across different content types and formats.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Creative Thinking: A creative approach to content ideation and development, with a focus on engaging storytelling and customer-centric messaging.
Attention to Detail: High standards of accuracy, grammar, and spelling, with a commitment to delivering error-free work.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage feedback constructively.
